Caesar Salad with Elbow Pastas

Ingredients:

  • 1 12 oz package elbow macaroni

  • 1/2 cup chopped red onion

  • 1/4 cup carrot, thinly sliced

  • 1/4 cup scallion, finely minced

  • 2 large tomatoes, chopped

  • 1 large Boston lettus leaves, thinly sliced into strips

  • 1 1/2 cups caesar dressing

  • 1 1/2 cups croutons

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Prep Time: 5 min

Cooking Time: 15 min

Instructions:
Cook elbow macaroni accordingly to package directions. Drain, run under cold water, drain and place in a large bowl. Add red onion, carrot, scallion, tomatoes, lettuce and dressing. Toss well. Add croutons and parmsan cheese. Toss again and serve immediately. Serves 6.
