Green Tea Muffin Pizzas

Ingredients:

  • Tomato Sauce

  • Fresh ground Pepper

  • Sencha Loose Leaves

  • English Muffins, Split in half

  • Mozzarella cheese slices

  • Parmesan cheese

Prep Time: 5-10 min

Cooking Time: 15-20 min

Instructions:
1. Season tomato sauce with ground pepper and sencha leaves to taste
2. Spread 2 tablespoons sauce on each muffin half
3. Top with a slice of Mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese
4. Place on a baking sheet. Bake in a preheated 350 degrees oven 15-20 minutes
