Cook Japanese sticky rice
Thinly cut white onion and scallion
Finely cut beef into bite-sized pieces.
Put dashi, soysauce, sugar, mirin, and sake in a pan.
Add onion slices and scallions in the pot and simmer for a few minutes.
Add beef and green tea in the pan and simmer for a few minutes or until cooked.
Serve hot fully cooked Japanese rice in a bowl and ut the beef topping on the top of rice
Garnish with benishogas on top
