Italian Bread Crumb Faux Meat Balls


  • 6 eggs, beaten

  • 1 1/4 cups Italian bread crumbs

  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper

  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Prep Time: 10 min

Cooking Time: 30 min

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.

In a medium bowl combine eggs, Italian bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, sea salt and pepper. Mixture should be moist and sticky, but should hold together when formed into balls.

Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes.
