Genmaicha is a blend of Japanese green tea and roasted rice. Our Koto Genmaicha is a custom blend of Uji green tea and premium roasted Niigata brown rice. Enjoy its deep aroma and complex nutty flavor. Yields a vibrant yellow green tea.

Koto Genmaicha Powder is our loose leaf tea ground to the same consistency of our premium matchas with some whole pieces added for texture. This yields a slightly more intense taste than loose leaf teas. It also provides for instant use and higher nutrition since you are consuming the whole leaf.

This tea is grown exclusively in the Uji region of Japan. The rice is grown exclusively in the Niigata, Japan. There are no preservatives or additives of any kind. Imported directly from Japan to preserve peak freshness.
