Linguini with Artichokes and Ham

Ingredients:
- 2 cups Julienne smoked ham
- 1 Tbs chopped shallot
- 1 t chopped fresh garlic
- 2 Tbs low-fat margerine
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups hot cooked linguini
- 4 prepared, cooked baby green globe artichokes, halved
- 3 Tbs grated parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbs fresh chopped parsely

Instructions:
Sauté ham, shallot and garlic in low-fat margerine. Add chicken broth and bring to a boil. Add linguini and toss. Add artichokes; heat through. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and parsely .
