Matcha Cream Yokan Recipe

  • 2 Cups Cream (any milk or water will work)
  • 2 tsp. Premium Ice Cream/Dessert Matcha
  • 2 Tlbs. Honey
  • 3 packages of non-flavored gelatin (agar agar also works)
  • Prep Time: 5 min + 2 hours
    Cooking Time: 2 min

    In a blender mix cream, matcha and honey.

    Pour into a small microwave safe bowl, and sprinkle gelatin over.

    Heat in microwave until hot to the touch and all gelatin is melted. Stir well.

    Place in mold of your choice and refrigerate until firm (approx 2 hours). As the mixture cools it will slightly separate giving you the beautiful lined pattern.

    Unmold, slice and enjoy.
