Matcha Ravioli Carbonara


  • 2 packages (9 ounces each) uncooked cheese-filled refrigerated ravioli

  • 1 jar (16 ounces) white Alfredo pasta sauce

  • 1/4 cup low-fat milk

  • 6 slices bacon, diced, cooked and drained

  • 1 tablespoons snipped fresh basil leaves

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons matcha powder

  • Ground black pepper to taste

Prep Time: 5 min

Cooking Time: 15-20 min

Cook ravioli according to package directions in Dutch Oven; drain in large Colander. Return ravioli to Dutch Oven; keep warm.

Heat pasta sauce and low-fat milk in small saucepan over medium heat until heated through, stirring occasionally.

Pour sauce over ravioli. Add bacon, basil and matcha powder; stir gently. Season to taste with black pepper.

Serve immediately.
