Quick Bayside Green Tea Scallops

Cooking Time: 15 min
Instructions: Put the Chardonnay into a large saucepan.
Add the scallops and sprinkle with sea salt, pepper, sencha leaves and rosemary.
Add the minced garlic.
Cook over low heat for 5 to 10 minutes or until scallops are done.
