Linguini with Artichokes and Ham

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Julienne smoked ham

  • 1 Tbs chopped shallot

  • 1 t chopped fresh garlic

  • 2 Tbs low-fat margerine

  • 2 cups chicken broth

  • 2 cups hot cooked linguini

  • 4 prepared, cooked baby green globe artichokes, halved

  • 3 Tbs grated parmesan cheese

  • 1 Tbs fresh chopped parsely

Prep Time: 5 min

Cooking Time: 10-15 min

Instructions:
Sauté ham, shallot and garlic in low-fat margerine. Add chicken broth and bring to a boil. Add linguini and toss. Add artichokes; heat through. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and parsely .
